Shipping is free at María Oliver. Our goal is to make your purchase as easy as possible.

Process:

• Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Orders will be shipped the first business day after you order (orders before 12 noon), or next business day (orders after 12 noon).
• After shipping you will receive an email with the tracking number.
• You can always view your shipping status by typing your tracking number @ Google.
• Signatures can be required on delivery.

Shipping Method: FREE Standard.
Estimated Delivery: 3 to 5 business days after your order.
You can purchase from anywhere in the world.
We only ship to the continental United States.
We do not ship to: Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Palau. United States: US Virgin Islands, Samoa.

At Maria Oliver, we respect and value your trust.  If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

The following rules apply:

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt.
• Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging.
• Special orders, personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
• Maria Oliver reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
• Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return, which will be informed by email.
